Additional Legal Services Offered

Our Fixed Fee quoted on our website covers all conventional work associated with the conveyance of a Freehold property. If the property subsequently transpires to be Leasehold (i.e. a flat, apartment, maisonette, or Housing Association property) we reserve the right to charge our standard Leasehold supplement of Ł200 plus VAT.

If other legal documents or additional legal services are required or requested from the menu below, the additional legal fee, payable by you, will be as follows:

	Deed of Covenant	Ł75 plus VAT

	Transfer of Equity / Deed of Gift	Ł200 plus VAT
	Removal of a registered Caution	Ł95 plus VAT

	Drafting or approval of Assured Tenancy Agreement	Ł150 plus VAT

	Transfer of Business Loan Facility / Overdraft	Ł190 plus VAT

	Transfer of Legal Aid Charge or other current loan	Ł190 plus VAT

	Drafting additional Contract packages for sale contract race	Ł175 plus VAT (each)

	Statutory Declaration, for Title rectification	Ł95 plus VAT

	Voluntary First Registration for a sale property	Ł150 plus VAT

	Deed of Assignment of Life Policy between policy holders	Ł200 plus VAT
