Training and Development
We know that training our people is fundamental to our growth. That's why we invest so heavily in this area. We have our own in-house training team who regularly visit all the centres. They have developed a training needs assessment monitoring process, which enables us to target our training efforts to where they are needed most. This might be in legal training, where a lot of the training has been accredited by the Law Society and ILEX for CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points, but could also be in developing other skills such as management, team working or IT systems.

Everyone is, of course, given full induction training when they join us. This includes comprehensive training on our windows-based case management system, but we also run an in-house licensed conveyancing course, which has consistently helped people to achieve exceptionally good exam results.

A Flexible Service
One of the reasons for our success is that we offer a level of service that conventional conveyancing services can't match. This means that we're available to deal with our clients' requirements from 8.30am to 8.00pm on weekdays and from 9.30am to 4.30pm at weekends. That doesn't mean that our people have a longer working day or week, but that our shift rota means we can offer flexibility in the hours you work.

Remuneration and Benefits
We offer an attractive salary package that relates to published salary scales, which are reviewed annually. The salaries are set taking into account your knowledge of the business, skills and experience.
